Birth of Chiasson’s Chef Service. I began leasing myself as an executive chef to many country clubs, hotels, and restaurants in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. I was fluent in Cajun, French, and Italian cuisine with skills in management, culinary design, and food safety. Worked in 97 different locations over a three-year period. Catered Andre Agassi’s 8th tournament win in Orlando, Florida.
